I really want to know why the Obama Administration/Justice Department has not taken

any action against the former Administration with respect to the crimes that are so obvious to many here on DU? I so would have given them much more leeway if they had done something to bring Bush/Cheney et. all to justice than I do now.

If we conceed that some of the information we got out of him was done using inhumae methods, making THAT information not presentable in court, does that call into question ALL information obtained from him?

3. How about this

After they have the trial in NYC of the terrorist, we all sign petition after petition after petition to have the previous administration tried for war crimes et al. Lets send letters to newspapers network and cable stations, march etc. Keep bringing it to everyones attention. Or how about starting a party like the Tea Bags. One that is aimed at prosecuting these people. Start with Rove and work up.
