Sarah Palin Palin dismisses 'blue-blood' Bush criticism
Edited on Wed Nov-24-10 01:19 PM by Perky
Sarah Palin dismissed Barbara Bush's recent criticism as a matter of class privilege in an interview with Laura Ingraham today:

"I don't want to concede that we have to get used to this kind of thing, because i don't think the majority of Americans want to put up with the blue-bloods -- and i want to say it will all due respect because I love the Bushes -- the blue-bloods who want to pick and chose their winners instead of allowing competition," Palin said (beginning at around 1:30 in the interview above.

Palin also suggested that the Bushes upper-class status had contributed to "the economic policies that were in place that got us into these economic woeful times."

Barbara Bush had suggested that Palin "stay in Alaska."

"There seems to be a line of people who are, for some reasons, so concerned about you and a possible run that they're trying to take you out now," Ingraham said, after playing clips of a series of Republicans mocking Palin.

"It's inefficient, it's unprofessional, it's immature," Palin said of the suggestion that Republicans trying to squelch her run were circumventing "the will of the people."

Not for nothing, but half Governor Palin better realize that Barbara Bush is the Queen of all Mama Grizzlies. She is tangling with someone who best not be tangled with.

6. nothing would be better for this country
than for her to win the nomination, because the resulting Democratic blowout at all levels would be glorious...probably bigger than 2008.
