Does the Country of Nigeria have the right to go to the UN on Cheney's arrest
I hear they have issued an arrest warrant for Cheney it will be interesting to see if they go to the UN to impose some kind of resolution

Why can't Nigeria arrest Cheney and ship him off to a secret prison to torture his fat, ugly ass? We do it all the time, and we've already said it's our god given right. So why the fuck not Nigeria?

International law is dicey - in the end it is not enforceable as such.

This is mostly symbolic, as no way will Cheney go to Nigeria or any country that would send him there.
