1. "Barack Obama and his crew have many good qualities. But that list does not include skill and guts"
No need for Fineman to continue that sentence - that says it all right there.

2. the next sentence is pretty good.
'They don't seem to really know the enemy or the game they are in, and the president's meager and glancing experience in the trenches of politics has caught up with him.'

3. that is so on-target. "seem" is the key word - they might know the enemy,
but you sure couldn't tell it from the past week or so.

4. Great comment in that article
"the way Obama has been giving in to Republicans, I wouldn't be surprised if he starts questioning whether he was really born in Hawaii."

7. He lost all crediblity with me
when he wrote a column a few years ago casting the Democratic Presidential candidates as High School students. I thought it disrepectful and noted that he only ever wrote about the GOP Presidential candidates in the most glowing terms.

8. Obama's Naivete on Bipartisanship Has Finally Caught Up to Him
Edited on Fri Dec-03-10 10:26 AM by Mass
How is that news? The only surprising thing is that Obama continues to preach bipartisanship when people across the table clearly don't want any of it. This creates the impression he is weak.

But Fineman is an idiot, even if I mostly agree with him this time.

9. How so, Howie? His approval rating is up and he has a list of accomplishments
that is very long and impressive.
