5. Not sure what you are saying....
As long as ObMa has to deal with an opposition party that wants the country to completetly fall apart for their own political benefit and they gave the fillubuster to make sure that happens, Obsma is in the unfortunate position to give in tobyjr repubs to get something that will help advance the country....what would you do if you were in his shoes? You cannot round up the repub leadership and lock them up and then pass legislation you want....so, yes he has to fo what he's doing as unfortunate as it may be....he is dealing with a very disciplined opposition party that will NEVER do what is right for the country as long as a dem us in the WH.

3. "doing what he wants to do anyway"
That's the conclusion I came to a while back - it's the only thing that explains his actions, including cabinet choices and really, really, really bad negotiating.

It is what it is - we were punked. Now our job is to have a response.

8. Again,
speak for yourself.

- In June 2009, U.S. Forces occupied 357 bases. U.S. Forces currently occupy 121 bases, and are expected to reduce that number to 94 bases by the end of August.

...He canceled a weapons program that was bloated, unnecessary and totally irrelevant to either of our current wars, the F-22. Why even mention the cancellation of a single weapons system? Because that never happens. Weapons systems never get canceled. The F-22 did, which is itself a miracle.

Both moronic and pathetic. But I'm sure you're a wonderful person.
