He's right on this one the democrats in the Senate and Congress have the lowest polling and they where two cowardly to take up the tax issue before the election so the President took charge

2. Tweety is a blue dog bully
When he gets to be a senator (nah, not enough money for him) MAYBE he can "tell it like" it's not to Sherrod Brown.

Tweety is about as politically reliable as wind direction.

4. Brown's solution was for Obama to give speeches to people in Maine
That was his honest suggestion on how to get everything we want without anything they want.

Tweet was incredulous. I don't think that will work either.

14. I think he would have added more had Tweety given him the chance
but when Tweety's on a roll, he just steamrolls over people. He's does it to others on a fairly regular basis.

"Taking it to the people" was something Reagan did and it worked...This has been stated by others besides Brown.

Frankly, had I been Brown I would have cleaned his clock.

3. Tweety is right. Obama is alot more popular than all the Congressional Dems,
particularly Reid with is 17 percent approval and Pelosi with her whopping 24% approval.

16. True, and this is exactly why. Congress didn't pass Obama's agenda.
The agenda we all voted for. The general public understands that Congress is the problem, even if a lot of bloggers looking for an authoritarian daddy figure don't.

8. Matthews was dead on - but Brown was the wrong target
Edited on Wed Dec-08-10 07:26 PM by EffieBlack
He's been one of the best on this issue. Too bad he didn't have Landrieu or one of the other major hypocrites on when he spoke his peace. They didn't do a thing to help the President and rolled over to the Republicans again and again and again and now they have the nerve to blast him because he negotiated a deal they don't like. They need to be told off.

13. The same Tweety that practically jizzed himself when he saw Bush in a flight suit?
Who cares what that douchebag says or thinks?

I hope he gets cancer of the dick.
