5. Were you able to see the town hall he did in Allentown on your phone?
I was able to watch part of it on my iphone (I was in Target at the time lol) ..... and the only way we could see it was the University where he was speaking provided it, but HOPEFULLY by year three lol .... the WH will be able to offer the same technology.

I should write them and suggest it. Costs money though I guess.

If his words matched his actions.

As long as the WH is filled with Wall Street fat cats, he has no credibility on this issue.

... I think you misunderstand my point. You have all of this wonderful anger and frustration and I'm not saying you shouldn't. But it's being wasting it on US. Ultimately, ALL of us agree that health care needs to be fixed. I cant vote for the bill, Prosense cant vote for the bill Jenmito cant vote for the bill, etc. etc.

But Ben Nelson CAN .... Mary Lincoln CAN .... Joe Lieberman CAN .... Olympia Snowe CAN. Take all of your frustration and put it to good use.

I'm not sure if I've mentioned this before, but I have an acquaintance who's a teabagger. She's made defeating HCR her part-time job. She contacts those members of the Congress who are on the fence and if they inquire where she lives, she gives them a phony address.

Crazy, huh?

51. Still, you ignore the obvious - it's the prez who's catering to those people you list...
Many of us have contacted our reps (I blasted Casey for his anti-abortion crap) and paid for ads to go after blue dogs, only to have the prez cater to them time and time again.

Obama is not off limits - he's a big part of the problem.

Your hero worship is crazy.

Edited on Mon Dec-14-09 03:27 PM by Clio the Leo
Are you aware of a more progressive candidate who could beat the GOP in a general election? Someone who is more capable of pushing through progressive legislation?

Like the President, I'm all ears.

The President is not perfect. But he's a far better alternative to an unelectable progressive or the GOP.
