House Dems passed a resolution rejecting the tax cut proposal as currently written-we will work to improve it before having a floor vote.

So this means House wont vote on Obama's tax cut compromise until it's "improved." The interesting part? GOP in the Senate aren't going to agree to cloture on DADT or DREAM act until House passes the tax bill.
