What I don't understand about our Media.......

Among many things,
is this.....
The Norwegians had this big concert on Friday Night
celebrating the 2009 Nobel Peace Prize.
There were a lot of American Entertainers present who participated,
and no matter what some might think, it was the first time a sitting American President
won that award in the history of the prize....and yet,
I couldn't find any television network
that found this concert worthy enough to air it....

I saw some of it on Youtube, and if anyone can tell me if any American network aired this,
I'd like to know which one.....

1. Our media has no guts.

The rightwing, and some on the left, didn't like the President getting the Peace Prize and the media goes along by ignoring the event. Pretty shabby if you ask me.

Guess this kind of stuff would make us feel better about ourselves as being
part of the world community once again. Couldn't have that, I guess.

We can be shown hours of a a landscape with bombs going off called "Shock and Awe",
Tiger's indiscretions opinions galore, the Balloon Boy Hoax as it happens,
and talk endlessly about some the WH Dinner crashers....but this "world" stuff?

Chinese when introducing the pianist. Our media is the enemy a far as I'm concerned.

5. Any "good" press associated in any way with Obama or peace or environmentalism is to

be avoided at all costs. And they do.

All things of importance happen here, dontcha know? And it was (primarily) leftish peaceniks and enviro-wackos who performed, so cannot expose the world to them.
