If DADT Is Not Repealed This Congress It Will Not Be Repealed This Decade |

Unless the Supreme Court reverses it. I will take what I could get because repealing DADT is a moral imperative but a legislative decision would have more legitimacy.
Conservatives are still kvetching that Roe V Wade which was decided nearly forty years ago usurped the power of the legislature.

I have a hard time believing any Republican president would wish to expend precious political capital on reinstating a two-year-old discriminatory policy disliked by the public and the troops.
