Mark my words - Michael Bloomberg is now being set up by the PTB for a 2012 win.
As if the USA would ever vote for or support a billionaire Wall Street financialist as our next POTUS ...not normally. The term "Wall Street financier" has huge negative connotations. But that can all be changed as the media is already buzzing about M. Bloomberg. I've heard his name dropped a significant number of times in recent days. CNN and FOX Bus News has been especially enthusiastic. As NYC mayor he conveniently changed the rules so he could be reelected beyond NY term limits. Are he and his cronies already planning on doing the same in the USA? Bloomberg is the media and only good vibes will emanate from them about him.

My sense is that Obama has been purposely discredited and set up for a loss by the inaction against the perps and beneficiaries of the bailout, the wealth and hucksterism of Wall Street, and now as icing on the cake for his support for perpetuating their tax cuts. He'll be rich and they will be in power.

On the Republican side we'll have Sarah Palin the entertainer, the loser, the partisan and a natural media target as Bloomberg's opponent.

The ducks are aligned and the candidates are neutered and we'll soon see a media enamored with Bloomberg as the only logical choice between Obama and Palin. Mark it on your calendar folks.

...unless and until we want them to be the PTB, or let them be the PTB.

5. You may be correct

but the media has a way of uplifting or destroying credibility, and/or muzzling discrediting information, depending upon their whims and support.

Michael Bloomberg as 10th richest man in the USA has been a media and Wall Street insider for years. He has all the money and the media on his side. We now have a discredited Palin and Obama. While I'd never vote for a Wall Street insider (especially after the "Great Robbery", they do have a way of getting themselves appointed to the highest offices and their hooks in our Treasury.
We've just seen it happen with a non-Wall Streeter as POTUS. Think of the outcome had he been an insider.

Here's a history lesson. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=acLW1vFO-2Q

6. Well, he's not as crazy as Ross Perot ...
... but I can't see the Teabaggers going for Bloomberg, Romney, or Trump.

7. Bloomberg maybe, Palin not.
Low as our standards have fallen, they haven't fallen that low. Palin is a media whore, but that does not make her a serious presidential candidate.

8. Bloomberg, or Little Napoleon as many NYers are calling him,
won't run. He's made a mess of NYCs finances and it is starting to come out to public.

10. Mr Media is on Meet The Press tomorrow
If you watch the media it isn't at all difficult to see how they play the public like a violin. First they drop names of their favorites, then they start giving them bits and pieces of positive press, then more face time, and always positive but always being careful not to over expose. I predict he'll be on Larry King (or whatever they call the show) shortly.

I hope I'm wrong on this because the one thing the USA definitely does not need as President is a media mogul, financier and the 10th richest man in the USA, and one who is obviously very politically ambitious as he changed NYC laws to enable him to run again in NYC.

You can be certain that Mr Media (Bloomberg) is being positioned as we speak.

9. An excellent reason to support Obama, he is still quite popular
and if the MSM stopped attacking him all the time he'd win even in the 3 way match I'm sure the Repukes are cooking up.
