Any employer hiring someone who was unemployed for over 60 days doesn't need to pay the payroll tax for 2010. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2010/09/21/payroll-tax-holiday_n_732179.html

as soon as they train the cheap new ones, for that exact reason.
he's not creating jobs. he's flipping employees.
