Geithner meeting with progressives this evening
CEOs get the President, progressives get Timmeh.

I wonder who these progressives, etc. are, that he's meeting?

On Wednesday morning, Secretary Geithner will attend the President’s working meeting with business leaders at the Blair House to discuss ways to continue to work together to grow the economy, create jobs in the private sector, and invest in American innovation and competitiveness. This meeting continues an ongoing dialogue with the business community about ways to strengthen our economic recovery and spur private sector hiring. The meeting is closed press.

In the evening, the Secretary will host leaders of progressive, minority and labor organizations for a discussion on the state of the economy, tax policy, the deficit and job creation. This event is closed to the press.

9. Laura Ingraham and Charles Krotchhammer have been
touted here recently as reliable commentators on the tax cut deal, so perhaps they are in that mix as well.
