Susan Collins has already voted against it. Olympia Snowe said she will vote gainst it. And Brown and Murkowski said they will vote against it after the tax issue has been resolved.
And Lisa Murkowski doesn't owe the Tea Baggers shit. She beat their boy like a drum...

I'm proud of Pryor if he did because it means he changed his position.
Only Manchin voted against repeal.

Gov't and the Military want some leeway into incorporating "openly" gay soldiers. If it goes through the courts, it gets put into place immediately. With this Bill they have a year to enact it completely. That is why I think it will pass--there are some ReThugs that get that nuance.
