They were talking about taxes and Bartiromo asks him "Why do you want to punish those making more than 250k?"

And he says "Punish? You think of paying taxes as punishment"

And she's seems embarassed and says "No it's not punishment, but why should they pay more, when they've worked hard and create jobs"

And Frank basically explains the logic progressive income tax to her. "Well for someone making 500k a year, I don't think an extra 7k in taxes is going to affect whether he creates jobs or spends money. No one is going to say to themselves, "I'm not going to become a millionaire because I don't want my heirs to pay a lot of estate taxes

Bartiromo: "but they've worked hard and done it on their own, why should they have to pay more?

Frank: No they haven't done it on their own. In the case of the estate tax, it's a gift for being lucky enough to have a wealthy parent or be friends with someone who was wealthy. You're directly contradicting your earlier rationale that they shouldn't have to pay more in taxes because they've done it on their own.

Not only is he aggressive and forceful with his style of debate, but he knows the issues very well and rarely ever gets his facts wrong.
