President Obama visited his grandfather's grave in Honolulu Monday evening
GRANDFATHER'S GRAVE: President Obama visited his grandfather's grave in Honolulu Monday evening before returning to Washington after his 11-day vacation.

The president took his daughters, Sasha and Malia, with him to Punchbowl Cemetery, where his grandfather, Stanley Dunham, a World War II veteran, was buried after he died in 1992.

It was the first time Obama had been to the site since 2008.

The cemetery was quiet and empty. Obama spent about 15 minutes there as the sun began to set over Honolulu.

3. I'm glad he was too
They (Secret Service) probably wanted it empty while He was there

So they either waited until it was normally empty or made sure no one would be there.

If I was on his Secret Service team I wouldn't want anyone there while he was visiting. Cemetaries are a lot harder to secure than people might think.

4. I saw him on the way there
and gave him a big shaka and a peace sign. Much aloha to the Obamas.

I'm glad he got to visit Punchbowl and his grandpa's memorial.

7. According to some freepers' newest theory, that's really his FATHER...
who had a baby with a Kenyan woman, and then gave baby Barack to Ann Dunham to raise as her own, to register his birth in Hawaii.

8. So that 47 years later he would be elected President
It's all so obvious and beliveable.
