Surprising really. I liked what he's saying more than what Obama was saying. Obama didn't convey anger like this guy.

1. He's trying really hard to distance himself from the nut jobs
But once the initial shock and outrage wears off he'll be back with the inflammatory rhetoric just like this never happened.

5. Uggh.. Jan Brewer--- does anyone really believe she gives a damn?
I know I should give benefit of the doubt, but her stuttering/stammering statement in monotone with attendent body language makes me doubt.

6. A couple of the (R)s have to be smart enough to realize they no longer control their monster.
If they're not frightened, it's because they're too stupid.

ever inciting violence, he sounds like Condi Rice when he said (paraphrased), "who could have known something like this could happen." Seriously? If you had listened to members of your own party calling for the violent overthrow of the government and making hit lists, maybe you wouldn't have your head up your ass right now, Trent.

they certainly assume a lot, don't they? I actually happen to agree Obama should not convey anger at this time - yet I'm regularly accused of being an Obama-hater

12. Obama -- or any president -- shouldn't convey anger at a time like this
The role is to calm and reassure, certainly not agitate.
