7. I have a lot more sympathy for the nine-year-old that he murdered.
As well as all the people whose lives he ended or tragically affected today.
Throw the book at him and be sure to put Limbaugh, Beck, Palin and all the other hatemongers in with him!

He's only a few years younger than me, and I'm a responsible adult.

If he had an undiagnosed mental illness, this says a lot about the state of mental health care in this country, but that's another can of worms.

10. Death penalty would be justified in a case like this
when there are 100's of witnesses, premeditated multiple killings
and attempt to flee after shooting. It was NOT a suicide attack.
