You can cross Pawlenty off taking the WH from Obama
Just saw him on Morning Joe. What a conceited, unlikable whimp.

First of all his version of "Profiles in Courage" is called "Courage to Stand" which I gather is all about
himself. Writing a book bragging about yourself? I assume this just because he didn't say it's a book
about the courage of people he admires?

Secondly, no matter how much those on the show tried to get him to denounce Palin's comment on Minnesotan's "armed and dangerous" he refused to say it was a horrible thing to say.

Just another slippery used car salesman, in my book.

3. For What It's Worth
In my subdivision, we have to pay for private trash removal. My front property line is the adjacent town limits where their extra taxes, in part, pay for trash removal. You're going to have to pay for it one way or another.

5. If ever I had any doubts about being a democrat...
...these last few years have silenced them. The way these people will cower at Palin, Limbaugh, Beck...they would defend the devil if it helped further their careers. And democrats are accused of being spineless. These people are without spines, balls and hearts. Getting things done doesn't show strenghth if all you are doing is following orders. That's what they do. They are told to vote "no"...they vote "no".

So many here have said, we should be like republicans and fight and just push things through. I'd rather our agenda move slowly than to have a bunch of cowardly, thoughtless leaders who don't have the balls to stand up for what they believe in.

8. I can't cross anyone off the list of potential candidates
just because the Republican party is so wacked out. They are capable of nominating anyone, and doing anything. No rules, no limits.

11. That cross-eyed little weasel should slink back under his rock.
I hate his fucking guts. He ruined this state and killed 13 people with his cuts to the MNDOT when that bridge came crashing down. I'll never forget the abject look of terror on his slimy little face when he faced the media after that happened. He was scared shitless that somebody was going to connect the dots and rightly blame that on him. But noooooo, the lame stream media gave him, like all repuke killers, a pass.

14. MJ showcased two VERY unattractive possible GOP prez candidates
for 2012 with Pawlenty and Christie on today. Pawlenty came across as a dodo and Christie was acting very defensively (at one point he said "it was a snowstorm, not a nuclear attack!" Neither one of them has much of a track record that isn't pretty bad.

15. My ex-governor, Timmy the Tool, is even worse than he looks.
He's a pandering, soulless weasel who went all teabagger when he thought it would be useful to do so. He spent a couple of years living in John McCain's pants, wanting desperately to get that running mate nod, and I doubt he's ever recovered from being beaten out at the last minute by Palin -- so ever since then he's been burnishing his teabagger nutjob creds, trying to out-looneytoon the looneytoons. What he really is, though, is a corporatist Randian sort who pretends to be best buds with Jesus so the fundies will love him. Here in MN he was responsible for gutting the budget for infrastructure (remember the collapsing freeway bridge?) and especially social programs for the poor while protecting the interests of the rich.

I am so glad he's gone, but he has done terrible damage to this state. I don't think he has a shot at the nomination, but God help us if he ever holds any national public office. Not that the other Republicans are any better.

others are like warm spit. Palin is finished after the exposure
of cross hair thing.
