Free election in Sudan, people's uprising in Tunisia, vulnerable nuclear weapon is being taken out of the streets and the embargo on Cuba is weakening.
Not that any of these has anything to do with the president of the United States...

...everything is energy. So, everything effects everything else. I do think the goodwill and message of hope President Obama expressed on election night 2008 has effected the rest of the world. If they are comforted in anyway because he is president, and many are, that will effect what happens in their country.
In the same way...all the hatred expressed effects everything.
"Every thought you think, takes the world closer to heaven or closer to hell." ~Marianne Williamson*
*She wrote the beautiful piece that Nelson Mandela used in his inaugural speech. Even though he was always given credit for it, she never once clarified that it was hers and not his.
Americans are so self-centered, feel so entitled. Those who criticize President Obama relenlessly are basically whining..."but what about me...what are you doing for MEEEEEE!!!" I believe that everything President Obama does is with the whole world in mind. For example in relation to Afganistan: I think he considers heavily the how his decisions will effect that country and it's people and not just thinking "I better end this war quick or it will piss off the liberals." I love that about him.

and the other politicians of what will happen if the government continues its hands-off trickle-down policies on unemployment or if it tries to further enrich the elites at the expense of the poor and the middle class.
