I'm thinking that if Democratic candidates want a leg up...
they should shun oil related contributions and use it in their campaigns.

Especially if they support solar energy products and other energy products that will reduce cost and pollution.

1. Realistically, they have to take $ from wherever they can get it.
It costs millions to run a campaign.

That's why I think a cap should be placed on amounts that can be spent for at least federal elections.
