Think about it, Obama's communication team is too savvy too connected to pop culture/social media jargon and they knew what the acronym for "Winning the future" meant. They went with it anyway and I think it was an attempt to see if anyone would be stupid enough to take the bait, hell they probably knew it was going to be either Palin, Bachman, Beck or Hannity.

Well played team. Well played.

I thought "Does that woman EVER take the high road." Does she ever pass up an opportunity to dig into the mud. No...she doesn't.

3. I bet you are so right - and it is fun seeing the media's disgust with Palin
for going there. The meaning of the slogan is very good and it makes us look like the adults and Palin, a poorly behaved, aging teenager. It was well played.

(Worse played acronym likely is still Committee to re-elect the President, that reminded all of us for whom there was no need for reminding, that some Republicans were CREEPs. )

5. I liked the other set-up too
pushing John Boehner's bawl button with the "son of a humble bartender" schtick.

Works every time!

8. Obama had mentioned the new technologies...
...and businesses, such as Facebook, etc. Maybe he did it for the younger crowd who would recognize it. Would have been hard to come up with a good slogan using LOL.
