Oh dear heavens, neo cons are talking about helping re-build Libya
This guy on MSNBC is talking about the US stepping in and then rebuilding Libya by giving them 30billion dollars.

That nation building thing has worked out well so far.

1 trillion and counting in Iraq and that other place and Russian and Chinese concerns got the lions share of Iraq's oil. It looks like we got most of the opium though. We're awfully fucking dopey~
