Please, oh Please, we need some leadership President Obama!
The Banks have a strangle hold on Congress, freedom of
religion is being attacked in Committee Hearings and States
are challenging collective bargaining and our workers rights
to organize! It's hard to imagine Roosevelt, Truman, Carter
and to a lesser extent Clinton, would sit still for this
outrage. Please do something!

12. Other than postal workers, no federal employees can negotiate over pay.
Read the article. Furthermore:

The existing program allows for favoritism and “is based on really low wages,” Kelley said. While a union can’t bargain over pay according to TSA rules, it can discuss the process for determining who gets awards, she said.

John Pistole, the security agency’s chief, said in his Feb. 4 decision allowing the election that workers also can’t bargain over security or disciplinary penalties, strike, or take job actions such as deliberate slowdowns.

They can bargain for a contract of at least three years on issues such as their uniforms, parking subsidies, transfers, shift trades, and methods for seeking assignments and leaves, Pistole said in the decision.

10. What We're Getting Is More Like Tic Tac Toe......
which is a "Zero Sum Game".

If you know what you are doing, you can't lose at Tic-Tac-Toe. If your opponent knows what they are doing, you can't win at Tic-Tac-Toe. The game is a zero sum game. If both players are playing with an optimal strategy, every game will end in a tie.

There are four player types in Tic-Tac-Toe.

1. The Novice player makes random moves
2. The Intermediate player will block their opponent from winning
3. The Experienced player knows that playing in certain first squares will lose the game
4. The Expert player will never lose

Everybody can beat the "Novice" player virtually every game. The novice simply places its mark in any empty square. This strategy is very poor and almost never wins.

An Intermediate player is a reactionary play. Most Tic-Tac-Toe players start off as reactionary players. Reactionary players will block their opponents three in a row, or take any three in a row that they can. Otherwise, they play like a novice and choose random moves.

An Experienced player knows how to start. The experienced player knows the best starting moves. When two experts play, the game always ends in a tie. In all other cases, the player that goes first wins far more than they would have if their opponent had gone first.

Notice any similarities with politics. Is politics a zero sum game? What kind of players would you say Dems are? What kind of player would you say Repugs are? Do the Repugs go first most of the time. Are Dems reactionary? Just asking.

8. Generalized nonsense.
You wish the Presidency could simply decree things and they'd happen?

15. No one, of course. That was sarcasm. If he's so bad, then why won't all those so-called progressives
find someone better?
