Pentagon scandal breaking (rogue players , Manning)

If some were to believe the hype on the internet , they would have to believe the Pentagon is lying to the President of the United States when asked about it's treatment of Manning.

Following this logic we now know there is a rogue player at the Pentagon who will do and say as he pleases.....even to the President.

The 'fact' that Manning was naked is tiny compared to the issue of a rogue player in the Pentagon torturing people.

11. So you are saying that he is not being sleep deprived and held in

solitary confinement. Why have they not indicted him? Isn't he supposed to have a speedy trial like our constitution guarantees all citizens?

Unless he's losing sleep over his situation. That's not torture. Apparently at Quantico, from what I've read, all their prisoners are kept in solitary confinement. He's not getting a special treatment here.

This man has not had a constitution guaranteed trial. Until then he should be treated like any other untried prisoner. And since they have not even indicted him one wonders if they have enough evidence to do anything.
