Kaiser poll: Expand/keep health care law now at 51 percent.
And it's up more than 10 percent among Democrats and Republicans.

First, the overall: KFF March Health Tracking Poll: One Year Later, Views on Health Reform Remain Divided

The approval is up slightly at 42 percent since November. The new poll asks about the state waiver:

Here's the interesting chart:

Interesting:

Expand/keep 51% (including 30% expand)
Repeal/replace w/Repub bill 18%
Repeal, not replace 21%

Expand/keep Democrats 79% (including 49% expand)
Expand/keep Independents 46% (including 27% expand)
Expand/keep Republicans 21% (including 12% expand)

Contrast that to Kaiser's November 2010 poll:

Expand/keep 40% (including 21% expand)
Repeal parts 25%
Repeal entire 24%

Expand/keep Democrats 67% (including 42% expand)
Expand/keep Independents 46% (including 27% expand)
Expand/keep Republicans 10% (including 3% expand)

2. Put me in the expand column -- and for the Democrats to lead on that
And by lead I mean stiop protecting the "market" and break from the conventional wisdom that public insurance is bad and private insurance is good.

Whether incrementally or boldly, Democratic leadership that takes on the lies of the insurance cabal and their political lobbyists and purchased politicians and sells average people on the benefits of a basic public healthcare safety net that is available to everyone, and is supported by payments based on income.

4. Only 5% of Democrats see HCR in a "Very Unfavorable" light. Are they all at DU?
