3. "Right to Work" is economic DISCRIMINATION.

For some reason, unions are assumed not worthy of claiming the same rights of self-determination that corporations, essentially the same kind of social construct as unions are, do sooooooooooooo very effectively.

A "right" that is not universal is not a right, but is, instead, a privilege, one that is assumed socially without the necessity of empirical justifications. Right-to-Work excludes Labor based upon an economic-discrimination against them, economic class discrimination includes Right-to-Work.

MADISON (WKOW) -- In a stirring, swift decision, Dane County judge Maryann Sumi stopped Governor Walker's controversial budget repair bill in its tracks, issuing a temporary restraining order and stating Wisconsin's open meetings law was probably violated when a legislative conference committee rushed the bill through to the state Senate.
