Dual Presidents.
I am watching SOS Clinton live and just watched President Obama in Brazil.

There is so much going on foreign policy wise that the US currently needs two leaders. We are fortunate to have two such competent people.

1. No kidding!
We do have two of the finest minds on the case.

I find myself, all the time, looking at Hillary Clinton, watching her work, listening to her speak, and I'm thinking - "hmmm... let's see if I've got this straight: WE have Hillary Clinton. THEY have sarah palin. Game. Set. Match. Nothing more needs to be said."

2. How in the name of FUCK is this thread being unrec'd?!
I agree man. I agree. I wish or hope that SOS Clinton changes her mind about a second term. I really fuckin' hope she does. I know all the traveling takes a toll and she might want to be with her family. But I'm willing to spend a little extra money to have her family go with her. ^_^ Seriously. I didn't mind her too much as a potential President, I didn't mind her at all as a potential Veep, and I love her as SOS. She's tough and I'm glad she's on Obama's side. He and WE, need all the help we can get.

6. Why is it being unrecc'd?
Try this--if it had been a President Hillary Clinton and her SoS Barack Obama doing the exact same thing, do you think the OP--or ANYONE--would refer to Obama as a co-President?

15. I guess not. I dunno.
I figured he was just talking about the dual leadership roles they're holding. I saw Biden as a third President too...kind of our leaders being deployed out. Maybe I'm romanticizing an intention that was far from it. Too bad.

9. Because it is NOT dual Presidents - it is a President and a Secretary of State
Think about it this way - would anyone post this about anyone other than a Clinton? There have been days when both Obama and Biden gave speeches - this clearly would not have been posted. There were days - not many - when Gore and Obama gave speeches, this would not have happened. There are many days when both Kerry and Obama have speeches, this would never be posted. (The fact is that both Kerry and Gore came closer to being President than Hillary and Biden is the VP.)

14. I saw it as dual leadership. So I saw no big deal.
I figured that was the intention of the OP.

5. Sometimes though.....
some folks think we need two. Earlier in the Month, it was Bill Clinton as
President of the whole fucking world....now it is his wife.
Guess when a President is Black, he needs a supervisor or some help or something.......

I think Hillary is doing a great job, but no....she ain't calling the shots
over Pres. Obama.....but did I mention that she is doing her job really really well?

8. So true - and I wish the Clinton allies would just stick with what the Clintons' actuals roles are
President Clinton is an ex-President, doing much good in the world, BUT he is not President of the US, much less the world. It is embarrassingly US centric to make such a claim. Hillary has the highest cabinet post. From most accounts, she has done an excellent job running the state department and has had some success as a diplomat.

Get over it. No One called Colin Powell, Condi Rice or Madeline Albright a second President.

10. Well, that was because
co-President Cheney wouldn't have liked it.

I do agree, though, that we have one president, and one extremely competent and intelligent SoS.
