One simple reason.
He will NOT reveals his detailed financials. Part of the reason why he makes those "fantastic and amazing" deals is because the other parties assume Trump's on secure financial standing. Were a relevation to shine from having to reveal his secrets, Trump would take a hit in future business prospects.
Money will be more important to him than power.

self-promoter. He couldn't get elected to any office and he knows it, but it doesn't keep him from opening his big yap and inserting foot. He ought to ask Meg Whitman or Carly Fiorina about trying to buy political office. Sometimes money can't buy everything.
