millions & millions of citizens don't see enough difference to get out & vote. We must mobilize these people. I know we're up against big money, electronic voting & a compromised media, but we need to engage the non-voters. It's the only way I see to try to change the system, within the system. I find this post to be rather odd. It seems to be saying, "I don't really care about what happens because my life is wonderful, but you poor mutherfuckers are going to suffer for having the nerve to criticize Obama."

I mean, come on. WITH ALL DUE RESPECT, I am certainly not trying to pick an argument with anyone here. I appreciate the fact that you feel strongly in your defense of Obama...but that is a strange manifestation of your thoughts.

Sometimes I strongly agree with Obama, sometimes I strongly disagree. Ultimately, I am a Democrat who supports the Party...and I assume the same thing can be said about most people here.

I find it quite disturbing that because people have the NERVE to express their disagreement or dissatisfaction with Obama, that others resort to trying to marginalize them with posts such as this. This seems to me another attempt (as subtle as it may be!) to try and silence people, or accuse them of not being good Democrats...or...honestly I'm not sure what. I do know I don't like the tenor of it and I don't think it leads to anything positive.

I'm certainly not going to tell other people how they should express themselves. But if your point is that criticizing Obama hurts us in the long run...then why not just directly come out and say that...then perhaps we could have a reasonable discussion about a legitimate concern.
