So is anyone here still defending the Whitehouse Private Deal with Pharma?
Why is that a good move by the Whitehouse?

I am losing track of why some of these decisions were good ideas.

16. It's a chess game!
This move is called "checkmate" on all of the people who believed in him.

5. Screamer Moonbat Irrational Add Adhominem!
I think we should start calling these people what they are: not "conservadems" not "blue dogs", and certainly not "centrists." Two names come to mind:

Confused (or Disoriented, take your pick) Moderate Republicans
Conservatives (While what we call conservatives should be properly termed The American Fascist Party--with no hyperbole--or, if you prefer The National Front)

11. Clinton had a warm southern personality.
He was and supposedly still is, a talker and a charmer. He drove republicans nuts which is why they spent $80 million or more on the Monica Lewinsky thing. I"m sure they also spent a lot on all the other accusations and investigations they made; travelgate and the accusations of murder on the death of Vince Foster and, if I remember correctly, Ron Brown as well. Like I said, republicans went nuts.

19. All I remember is Hillary tried once on HCR
it was rejected and that was the end. I thought the Clinton administration would try again but they didn't. As for weak, well in some ways I would have to say yes. Bill allowed himself to get distracted (by ML) if you know what I mean.

14. For a group of people always complaining they are being told to shut up
There's a sense of entitlement that we don't dare defend the WH.

And this on a Democratic board.

18. From the Obama HC plan, save 300 billion, yet he settled for 80 billion...
what about the 220 billion?

Could we save another 220 billion in addition to the 80 billion using VA prices...

24. "Obama was there for us"
What on earth does that even mean? We elected him to the highest office in the land. He's the President of the United States - he is supposed to be "there for us."
