So what happens when the Teabaggers figure out they've been had? |
|
What happens when it finally dawns on them that the people they elected to Congress won't implement anything they asked for? And, that Congress works for the corporations, not the people?

3. Nothing. Here in Georgia, 120+ years of Democratic rule ended because we removed the dixie flag... |

...from the state flag.
They didn't get their Confederate symbol back and the people who are now teabaggers just keep voting Republican.

Yeah I believe they'll see what they want to see, the most strident pushy members already having painted themselves into a corner with their rabid support. It'll tear them to pieces internally and fear to be made to look like dupes to admit they've been had; and so they won't admit.
As an above poster mentioned, they'll basically just double down on the extreme and claim the bagger movement is not conservative enough.

I assume that any anger or resentment that they feel toward the further decline of America will be directed towards gays, liberals, Mexicans, or whatever juicy scapegoat they can conjure up. These are the same people who believe that corporately owned TV news stations are crypto-socialist propaganda organs; I just don't think they are self aware enough to discover they've been lied to.

the corporations and against the people. The so-called Tea Party Movement was NEVER about principle. It was about a black man that they didn't like from a different party becoming president.
That's what this is about. There may be a small number who are principled, but the vast majority are just members of a modern day KKK. Period!
(And the minorities who align themselves with the Teabaggers are just ignorant!!)
