4. Good.
Patty Murray is my Senator.

I want Obama out there, ANGRY. Because I am angry, and for once (and I'm certainly not singling out Obama), I want the people I voted for out there shouting to the hills.

5. Reid and Patty Murray are blasting the Republicans over this
They say the Dem Caucus is united on this - no way giving up women's healthcare.

6. It's the same ideological overreach as Gov Teabagger pulled in Wisconsin.
The GOP are all over the airwaves claiming it's money when it's clear the sticking point is ideological warfare.

7. insanity
Sen. Michael Bennet (D-Colo) says:

Arguing over less than 1 percent of the federal budget to keep the government doors open is like two people quibbling over 4 cents of a $20 tab at Applebee’s. It’s ridiculous.

Bennet's opponent in the last election shot himself in the foot with his anti-women sentiments. He asserted, repeatedly, that he would not favor abortion under any circumstance. There are many who attribute Bennet's victory to independent voters, both women and men, who were driven to Bennet by his opponent's stance. You'd think the GOP would have picked up on that. Ye gods.
