Dear Mr. President,
Please understand that the people who hate you are going to hate you no matter what. Partly because you have (D) beside your name, pertly because you are black, partly because you have a diverse background, partly because you have a funny name. Whatever the reason is, they will not stop hating you. If you were to champion all of their causes - they would still hate you. If you were to turn your back on the people who voted for you - they would still hate you. If you were to give them everything they ever wanted - THEY WILL STILL HATE YOU! So please, BE THE PRESIDENT YOU WANT TO BE! You may only have one term (I hope that you have two) so make sure get get done what you set out to do. That is all...

1. The President called!

Said he needs our help to do what he wants to do, even if we only
give him one term.

He said that folks may hate him for what they don't think he has done in
the past 2.4 years, but he said if folks really care about the issues,
and he hears a lot of that...folks really, really caring with a whole lot of
passion, he's asking for our support getting those done, because in not being a dictator,
he really can't do it by himself, especially considering the hate for him
out there. He mentioned the Paul Ryan Plan, and said if we don't want that enacted,
we need to stand by him and fight....if not for him, than at least for the issues,
as he mentioned in his speech.

2. He hasn't been trying to make Teabaggers like him,

contrary to some opinions on DU.

He's dealing with Congressional Republicans who want to drive his presidency to failure and have publicly admitted as much.

Think about how you can work with that.
