(As in 2004, they will not even have to prove that they took a class with him - or even were in the college at the same time.)

They have a long form, but the short form is what is used for passports, drivers licenses etc. The long form is not used. Thus other states with birther laws would have been forced to accept the short form for Hawaii purposes of determining Obama's legitimacy to run for President, which is my point.
