We're still waiting!
Top House Republicans say Friday's jobs report is "very disappointing" and point to it as evidence that President Obama needs to cut spending in a deal on raising the debt limit.

Immediately after the government reported Friday morning that the unemployment rate in June rose to 9.2 percent, House Speaker John Boehner issued a statement that said any legislation that raises taxes “will not pass the House.”

“Today’s report is more evidence that the misguided ‘stimulus’ spending binge, excessive regulations, and an overwhelming national debt continue to hold back private-sector job creation in our country,” Boehner said. “Legislation that raises taxes on small business job creators, fails to cut spending by a larger amount than a debt limit hike, or fails to restrain future spending will only make things worse – and won’t pass the House.”

1. It's a doublebind with Boehner.
1. No government funding to stimulate the economy to promote growth and jobs.
2. The government can't force private business to spend money when it doesn't want to.

Therefore . . . . no jobs.

2. A-fucking-men. Why can't ONE reporter ask that when he
gets up there and points the finger at the Dems? Just this morning he was saying "where are the jobs" -- I was incredulous, but you know, that's what the masses see/hear. They don't even realize what's needed and what the Republicans have failed to deliver.

3. Sometimes it seems they are deliberately not asking this question, as it would hurt Republicans
Or, they are fricking clueless. Take your pick.
