Vice President Dick Cheney also leaves office amid negative perceptions, as his approval rating stands at
just 13 percent. That matches his lowest approval since he assumed office.
Forty-four percent of Americans now view Cheney unfavorably,
while 42 percent are undecided or haven't heard enough.
