4. They are trying to turn Obama into Carter
Since it worked so well for the Republicans back in 1980.

I'm seeing the same framing, the same dismissal of the President's achievements, and similar crap from the financial and business sectors, all in an effort to make people believe that Republicans are the only way out.

If people had been paying attention back then, we'd be in a much better circumstances today. But instead we got Reagan, Bush I and Bush II; we got wars, wars and more wars; we got Iran Contra and who knows what else.

And we may have lost the country back then. In 2008 I was hoping we could turn it around, but it feels sort of hopeless right now, even though a LOT has gotten done in the last two years. Obama needs a better press agent!

All of us.

Can't count on the MSM and it seems that President Obama doesn't do self promoting. He may think too highly of the intelligence of the average voter.
