A few weeks back, Obama was saying he wouldn't sign a deal without revenues. Now he "believes we need a balanced approach." A subtle, but important difference.

I always assumed that revenues was only part of the deal. Don't tell me you assumed the discussion was intitiated to balance the budget on revenues only.
