Concerning the Debt Ceiling/Budget Cut/Tax Raising negotiations, what is a bare minimum win for us?

Here is my version of a bare minimum win.

1. The Dept ceiling is raised.
2. No cuts in social benefits.

Of course I would like to see the Bush tax cuts expire, but I will settle for the above two conditions.

How about you? What is the bare min win?
