Kyl on Fox: Clinton worked with Republicans, Obama won't. |
|
Edited on Mon Jul-25-11 10:14 PM by Avalux
He's praising Clinton; talking about how he was able to work with Gingrich to find that middle ground (even though Clinton triangulated). Squarely blaming Obama for lecturing instead of compromising, refusing to budge...all of this is his fault.
"We'll help him get off that branch he's out on, if that what it takes to get the country out of this". Last statement by Kyl.
You can't make this shit up. :silly:

1. That's not the way I've seen it since he's been in office |
|
Obviously, the Republicans do not inhabit the same reality as the rest of us.

10. I have recently seen some psychological studies that indicated |
|
that people who have been heavily exposed to false information over a long period of time actually sustained brain damage to the extent that when subsequently presented with valid information, they were unable to process it.
(Sorry for the long sentence)
Bottom line was that living with bad information can physically damage one's cognitive processes. This could be the explanation of what has happened in America over the past 50 or so years.

5. A ridiculous statement |
|
Pres. Bill Clinton worked with Republicans. He had to. Obama tries, but Republicans don't like him. They are determined to make him fail. I think I know why.

The reactionaries only care about money. Using this bellyaching excuse makes everything we say sound infantile.
This has cropped up again in the last few days with a vengeance, and it's ridiculous.
They've punked him because he's easy to be punked, and now that they have him on the run, they're emboldened to ridiculous heights. They always do this.

15. They're so insanely full of crap it's like the Twilight Zone. |
|
Their idea of "working" with Dems IS the triangulation they got from Clinton - behold NAFTA, "welfare reform" and DOMA/DADT.
Anything more, anything remotely fair to the non-rich, they're not interested in.
They're pathological.
And it takes the strategy that President Obama is using to make that clear to people who are blinded by MSM spin.

17. The (Dis)honorable Mr. Kyl needs to refresh his memory about just who the party of no is. |
|
And ask him why they voted against bills during Obama's presidency that they had voted for when #u$h was president.
