8. Unrec'd.
You take a couple of photographs and make up a narrative to suit your p.o.v.

Ever heard of "the enemy of my enemy is my friend"? That's what I see in those photographs.

Even you know Boehner's back is against the wall. And you know he's better than Can'tor as Speaker. He's more willing to work with the President than the ultra-righties.

The TeaBaggers in Congress are chomping at the bit to get Can'tor, their TeaBagger Lancelot, in Boehner's seat, and Can'tor is tickled pink to see the United States default so he can make out like a fucking bandit over the backs of soldiers, women, children, minorities, and the disabled.

I think you're out of line with your post so I've gladly unrec'd you.

President Obama mistakingly thinks they are human beings with hearts and souls who can be reasonable. But no...they are reptiles...slithering, slimy souless beings from under the pond beneath the scum. Bohner isn't tan...that's just orange spray paint to cover the grayish brown.

My apologizies to snakes, lizards and such....Bohner, Cantor etc... are not one of you, they are some kind of mutants.

26. That's not the problem. However, making several speeches saying Boehner is an honest guy is a
problem. And offering to tinker with Social Security and Medicare (in an undescribed way) when it is clear that the GOP is not ready to move one inch is a problem.

31. Obama should have taken the putter and smashed the Orange Boner's head in
now that would be presidential and a pleaser to the crazy ones.

or maybe he should just lock himself up in a Cone of Silence and govern from there

Just have to ask something of you - have you not gone through this life having to just get along. Have you never had a boss you hated but couldn't really go kick him in the nuts or spit in his face, because hell, we need our jobs. have you never had a relative that you would rather avoid but feel obligated to attend family events, etc., for the sake of others and don't pull out a putter and pummel him or her, because, well the rest of the family might get upset.

what world do/did some of you live in? I don't get this at all.

I guess you have never heard of all the business dealings that take place on the golf course?

And if Obama didn't reach out and try to be nice then we'd be hearing even more bashing of Obama from the GOP saying that Obama never extends a friendly hand out to the republicans.

You can't have it both ways.

53. Not really sure what you mean.
Since the House has a republican majority, Obama has to deal with them.

It would be different if the dems had control of both the Senate and the House, but we do not.

Obama is not a dictator, he has to get all folks to agree before anything gets done.

What did you think Obama would/could do differently in order to get the republican House to negotiate with him?

55. Explain what you mean, in more detail.

Do you mean that you thought that when Obama was elected he would never have to talk/negotiate with the republicans anymore?

Do you realize that there are three branches of government and President Obama has control of only the Executive Branch?
And the House is controlled by the Republicans.
Congress - both the House and Senate - must pass bills before Obama can sign them

Obama is not a dictator which means he has to work with the House and the Senate in order to get the things he wants done.
