He's managed to strip the Balanced Budget Amendment from it, and alienate the Tea Partiers from the non-Tea freshmen. He'll manage to get maybe 220, with the Tea Party and some fellow travelers taking their designated no-votes.
I hope Reid stands firm on this.

Even with those "changes" I don't think Boehner's plan will get thru the Senate.
To me it looks like we are heading for impasse. Boehner's plan will fail. Reid plan will fail. Hopefully then everybody will give up and there will be a clean bill. If not then I think Obama have to do the 14th amendement
