Joe Walsh is a childcare deadbeat - and he's leading the tea party wing???

I have no idea how anyone with a history like his got elected in what I thought should have been at least a purple district - or, if not that, at least not a district that would elect someone with these negatives.

He really is slimy - and he has the nerve to preach to Obama and others about fiscal responsibility.

23. My first thought too when they first started speaking of Joe Walsh

This cheap RW man is not the REAL Joe Walsh - and he never will be. Given that he was born in 1961, I bet he was occasionally teased as a teen by this coincidence.

To find his age, I went to the bio page. 2 things:
1) His election was possible because the Green candidate got over 6,000 votes.
2) His jobs sound more impressive here - than when matched with the info in the SunTimes. You would easily come away with the view that he was highly successful and wealthy from the Wikipedia article.
