Boehner bill has been voted down 59-41 in the Senate, per MSNBC/O'Donnell. |

Final vote tally was 59-41. O'Donnell says this means some Republicans were picked up, but he didn't have names.

2. So it failed by just 1 vote? (Please correct me if i am wrong). |

If i am right then geez cutting it close. If this thing passed my gut says Obama would have signed it even though he said he wouldnt...Fox news and repubs would have demanded he sign and my guess is Obama would have caved. So thank you senate for saving us another headache.

3. No, it lost by either 10 or 19, depending on whether it required 51 or 60. |

4. Stand down. You weren't as close to fearing "the caving of the President" as you hoped. |

5. Wrong on all counts. Pres. Obama has already threatened to veto Boehner's plan. |

It's hilarious how you make up stuff so as to avoid giving any credit to Pres. Obama EVEN in your complete figment of a imaginary scenario.
Hate to break it to you, but President Obama has stood firm against every single Republican plan offered so far. Wish I could say the same about Bernie Sanders.
