George W. Bush to attend 9/11 10th anniversary ceremony
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2011/07/30/9-11-10th-anniversary-george-w-bush-new-york-city_n_913969.html

Bush will be joined by President Obama, Mayor Bloomberg, Rudy Guiliani, and governors of New York and New Jersey at the ceremony in New York. Each of these dignitaries will read a short poem or a quote, but won't give any speeches.

8. Probably Obama...
Remember he already sent GWB to Haiti after the earthquake.
Everyone knows that when you are in a catastrophic situation made even worse by exploitation and political manipulation by the US, the face of George W. Bush must be a great comfort...:sarcasm:
I wonder how the "Jersey Girls" feel about him being invited.

9. From the AP article, it sounds like Bloomberg is the one organizing it.
I'm guessing he did. I don't know for sure, though.

3. Gag me with a megaphone...
I'm surprised Dick Cheney won't be there as well...maybe he can't be unplugged for that long.
YUCK!!! That attack has been exploited to justify so many killings!
Insane.

5. Reliving his "glory days". No disrespect to the victims and
families, but I am sick of him and Guiliani. They remind me of the old high school football players who sit around and relive their great games.

7. As well he should
He was instrumental in letting it happen. It's only fitting he should be there on the site of his handiwork.

13. His presence is an insult to all Americans.
GWB willfully ignored credible information warning of the attack.
Bush, and the shitbag Guiliani, exploited the tragedy for their own gain.

They should be loudly jeered at the site, as the dead would surely approve.

15. Jesus people don't be shocked that the President (no matter how incompetent) at the time will be
attending. Seriously, you won't find a bigger W critic than me, but that's how it works. I mean, if W died, you would say how could Obama go to his funeral? That's who these things work. It's the ceremonial side of those positions.
