Even though I criticize the president and the leaders of the party...
I will still vote for them because it enables good people like all the members of the House progressive caucus a chance to be relevant.

It gives the voice of senators like Sherrod Brown legitimacy in the eyes of the media.

I will channel all my money and activities toward said progressives.

The others can take care of themselves.

1. My sentiments exacttly
I voted for Democratic candidates in November 2010. I don't know what the rest of y'all did on Election Day, but I stepped up.

2. You won't have to hold your nose to vote?
Just kidding. I wish more people had your outlook and intelligence.

Support the liberals!

7. The way I see it
If this democracy remains hijacked by special interests/corporations we have two alternatives when voting. Vote Democrat and enjoy a slow death or vote Republican and have our collective throats slit.
The democrats are the people who put the frog on the stove in a pot of cold water then turn on the heat. The republicans represent the people who boiled the water on the stove and put the frog in. We are the frog.
