Dodd says I won't die from not being able to afford health care? Really? |
|
I get ins. coverage from my employer. I don't pick the ins. company, the plan, the coverage, the deductible, or the care providers. The coverage is what it is. It's decent. Not great. Not bad.
If I get catastrophic illness, and I can't afford, eventually, to pay the deductible every year plus the 15%, plus the full amounts for items not covered by the policy....what happens? I can't buy other coverage....I am technically still employed with ins. coverage already.
Dodd also says no one will lose his home because of illness. Really? So if I have to file for bankruptcy (you can't include medical bills in your bankruptcy plan...thanks, Sens. Dodd & Biden! - new bill they passed recently), I will still owe the med. bills, and could lose my home if I can't pay the taxes.
Is there a Santa Claus here? Or just Dodd Grinch? Did anyone catch which side of the mouth Dodd was speaking out of, at the congratulatory press conference? (And did anyone else notice how humble and demure Reid looked down...."aw, shucks"....as the others piled glory onto him for bringing this wonderful bill to fruition?)

2. People without insurance will be able to get medical care, silly! |
|
When your undiagnosed and untreated high blood pressure causes you to have a stroke or aortic dissection, you can go to the emergency room and they will take care of you. Of course, they will then sue you into bankruptcy to collect the bill and you will be homeless, but we mustn't quibble about details.

5. Don't you get it? If you are already covered, nothing changes! Now go fuck yourself! |

I mean, if you already have a policy dictated by your employer, telling you which doctors you can see, what won't be covered, etc. - you get to keep it!
And don't forget - Obama is against mandates and against expanding wars! That's why you shouldn't vote for Clinton!
This shit-sandwich would still taste bad, but it tastes even worse knowing that the Democrats helped make it!
I feel your pain.
On edit: I forgot there will be change: YOUR RATES, DEDUCTIBLES AND COPAYS WILL GO UP,

6. Its a joke and a lie they are perpetrating on the American People. |
|
Anyone who gets into financial difficulties because of medical bills should be able to sue Chris Dodd personally and get hiim to pay it all.
LIAR. How clueless do they think we are?
