Does anyone know where I can go for a live stream video of President Obama's speech in Detroit? |
|
I was supposed to attend the march and speech afterward, but due to a bunch of conflicts I'm not able to, unfortunately. I still want to watch the speech, though. I know the White House is only carrying an audio stream of the event, but does anyone know where I can find a video stream? Or if any of you live in the Detroit area, do you know if the speech will be carried locally on TV?
Thanks!

I looked up the websites of WXYZ (ABC), WWJ (CBS), and WDIV (NBC), all of which would stream it online but aren't indicating live telecasts, so Detroiters tuned in to those stations will be watching soap operas/talk shows instead. And of course in case you miss this there'll be a summary on the evening news later. Meanwhile Obama will give another labor day address in Cincinnati a couple hours after this one. (Oh wait...CBS is showing tennis all day today.)
And MSNBC is really showing Palin right now? That "liberal" channel MSNBC? geez
And CNN cuts to commercials so I prefer CSPAN when I can access it to see political speeches
