Aids or stds or alcohol related illnesses or obesity? Can society target procedures for those things associated with "sins"? Isn't this a slippery slope?

People are fooling themselves if they are secretly speculating that this rider idea is only going to go towards abortion and they don't have to worry about their shit. Worry. Abortion is only the pilot episode for the new series.
